Hey Rod, for all this conversation, ironically got an email today with download instructions and my authorization code in it. All told, I think the full process for me took 36 hours. I wonder why this was my experience and so many others are having to wait so long. Yes, I did get the professional version and had window eyes SMAs , so maybe that had something to do with it. I have not yet installed jars but at least I now know I have my copy.
