I think it's just a sales record. The totals all say "$1.00". I'm sure it's a necessary tracking step in their accounting records and gives me a receipt showing that I do in fact have a legitimate copy of JAWS and 2 additional SMAs that transferred over from Window Eyes. I'm glad to have it as a receipt.
