Carol, Did you get this figured out? If not, the best suggestion I have it to do the following, assuming you are working in Word. Find the offending label. Hit Shift Tab, then tab again. In my experience, Word treats a label template as a bit table. When you shift tab way from the cell you are in and tab back into it, the entire cell contents are selected by default, so you can just hit delete and retype the info you want.
