Thank you very much. I did not, so selected each line in the cell and
deleted them and then pasted the new material. In one cell, though, I
forgot to delete the original information and pasted the new over it
except, the new information went to the beginning and the old info
remained in the cell. Ultimately, after deleting the original page and
starting over, I was able to complete the task. I will keep this
information for future reference.

do the following, assuming you are working in Word. Find the offending label.
Hit Shift Tab, then tab again. In my experience, Word treats a label template
as a bit table. When you shift tab way from the cell you are in and tab back
into it, the entire cell contents are selected by default, so you can just hit
delete and retype the info you want.

Hello,
I need to print a sheet of labels with different information in the boxes. I
have put label contents for one block in the wrong space. How can I select the
entire contents of the block to move it to another one. When I try to select
all of the text and paste that, it changes every block to the text I just
copied. Help!
