However, unfortunately, Winamp is still not behaving as it used to. When I press enter on an audio file, Winamp plays it but I am not in the Winamp window. The only way I can get into the Winamp window is to press enter on the Desktop icon. Pressing alt+w when I am in that window allows me to access most of the short cuts keys but not the volume slider. I just don't know what I did wrong when reinstalling the software.
