Carol, I wonder if this is part of the old Microsoft bug that affected envelope addressing for years. That was fixed in Word 2016, though. Would you give exact steps to get where you are getting? I'd like to figure out if this is a Microsoft bug.
As a work-around, you might be able to type the address in a document and then select it. Microsoft might populate the "to" field with the selected address, although you might not be able to determine that until you print the label if this is left over from the old bug. This was the case with the envelope addressing dialog. You probably would not need to copy and paste, it happens automatically if this works similarly. Don't get me wrong, you shouldn't have to do it this way, it should work and we need to figure out why it isn't working, whether it is Window-Eyes or a Microsoft bug.
