It seems some of the WE hot keys are missing and I have no reason why this has happened. The hot keys are: time instert+t; status cntrl-shift-s; and the status line says "speak all" with insert+s. There may be more which I have not discovered. I hav restarted my laptop and there was no change. If anyone else is having this problem or knows howto fix this, I would appreciateany and all suggestions or help. I am using Windows 10 and MS Office 2013. Have a blessed day!
