Hello tom, I don't know if you can be of any help to me. 3 days ago I had skype updates and when I was doing the installation it failed and now I can't use it. For example the commands and the setting are not working. So I uninstalled it and installed another version, 8.25.0.5 but it remained the same. I hope that there is a way how to resolve this problem. You can read the entire user's guide pretty quickly. It's the first option in the help pulldown. Unless I somehow missed it there's no control over the cursor keys. Configuration profiles are the equivalent of set files.
