Hi, It just occurred to me what must have happened. Somehow the All Users Profile must have become active. You know, this is the one which is available when you run WE as Administrator and then you can switch to it in the Profiles node. Unless you uninstalled the Insert-key layout app from the All Users Profile, it would still exist in your installation of WE, just waiting for an inadvertent switch to the All Users Profile. Well, that's my two-cents worth, Canadian currency. Smile
