I recommend removing the Duxbury set file association as follows:
1. Make Duxbury the active application. If necessary, close
the Internet Explorer dialog you mentioned appears when Duxbury opens.
2. Open the Window-Eyes control panel using
Ctrl-backslash. Press Alt-H to open the Help menu, and arrow down
the menu until you come to the option called Show advanced
options. If the option is checked, press Escape twice to return to
the control panel. If the option is not checked, press Enter to
check it, and this will return focus to the control panel.

treeview, and then press the letter A to highlight the Association
node. Press right arrow to expand this node, and then right arrow
again to highlight Current Association.

Tab once again places focus in a combo box which describes the
manner in which association is accomplished, but the only thing you
really need to know is that you can press down arrow until you hear
None. Once you do this, pressing Tab once places focus on a button
labelled Save and Associate. Pressing spacebar on this button will
associate your program with None, meaning that you will have removed
the association of the set file with your Duxbury program, and you
should no longer have any dialog box opening up when Duxbury loads.
