Hi Richard,

In order to make Duxbury the active application, press Alt-Tab repeatedly and 
slowly until you have heard the word Duxbury.
You can confirm which application is the active application by using the 
Window-Eyes TitleStatus of Current Application hot key, Ctrl-Shift-T.
