Hi Don, Starting fresh, you would open the WE control panel using Ctrl-backslash. Pressing Alt-A should open the Apps menu. Pressing up arrow should bring you to the bottom of the Apps menu, which is ideal since the items on the menu are sorted alphabetically, and so Windows Enhanced would be at or near the bottom. In fact, on my Apps menu it is the last entry on the menu, and so, at this point, it should be highlighted on your menu too. If not, then either the Windows Enhanced app is not running or is not installed. In that case, I would say the easiest solution is to find the Windows Enhanced app package and reinstall it.
