Hi Lloyd!
I'm happy to say that, although I had the problem too, the error messages
went away like yours did after a few days or a week on my Win 7 32 bit
desktop. I had done the optional quality roll up back then too, so maybe
that was the culprit, who knows. They are usually fine.

Using Windows 7 64-bit on an old laptop. I reported a few days ago that WE
9.5.4 was giving error messages, asking to send error reports to AI
Squared. This happened frequently, but not every time, for a few days. For
the last 3 or so days it has stopped happening. I imagine this had to do
with an update to either Windows 7 or to Microsoft Security Essentials. I
try to run updates frequently, including the "quality rollup" ones that
are optional but probably become essential at the next Patch Tuesday.
So this is just another one of life's mysteries.
I don't think my Windows 10 computer, which I don't use as much, is up to
2019-3 yet, so can't tell you anything yet about the storage problem. But
that machine has a hard drive instead of an SSD, so it has plenty of room
to store files.
