Thank you so much for the details. My husband gave me a mini computer for
my birthday last month, and he just got it set up a few days ago with an
update to 1903 so I want to give Narrator a try in a more serious way,
since I did not install a screen reader on it yet. I know that when I
install Window-Eyes, I will neglect Narrator.
I want to see how Narrator has grown up. I tried it once in Windows 7.

Hello all, the key command for toggling narrator is Windows key + Ctrl key
+ enter. There is a guide that you can bring up for narrator why in The
help section of narrator when it comes up. I use narrator a lot, and it
works great in Google chrome browser, email app, and many many programs.
