I am curious if anyone else has encountered this issue today or recently? Code Factory seems to still be producing various versions of Eloquence as there's now a version for NVDA, so I doubt they're out of business? As we know, Code Factory are very hands off and do not offer much, if any, technical support. If anyone knows if the Eloquence for Windows Version 1.0 has been decommissioned or otherwise, please share. I have another license and tried it's key as here's two remaining uses and still received the same error. Any news, suggestions or otherwise are welcomed! I've been using JAWS today and . Although I use it for work, I'd rather use Window-Eyes for as long as I can but the Microsoft Voices lag in responsiveness. Thanks and be safe all!
