If you are referring to a license for Eloquence for Window-Eyes for Office, you can or could as I am not sure where Eloquence for Windows stands right now.
I have really enjoyed using it and I was using it with Narrator as well when I needed to use Narrator. I am going to wait a couple of days before I go buy another Eloquence for windows License as I was fairly confident that I had not used all of my three activations and I have another License I purchased for another computer and it didn't work.
