Hello all,

I got the same message after restarting Windows 8.1 as instructed by Window-Eyes. I am wondering whether it is one of the drivers in both Windows 8 and 10 that is causing this message. For the most part, my Window-eyes 9.5.4 is behaving well.

Subject: RE: Window-Eyes and latest Windows Insider build

Hi there:

This happened after the reboot, not during the install. Install went
smoothly and I was prompted to reboot.

I have no info about the error itself, as the diag tool didn't describe what
the problem was.

I can repeat it if I delete the GW Micro folder under %appdata%.

As for removal, I've got the removal tool if I need it.

Again, though, WE seems to be doing about as well as it did before.

Got it monitoring BARD express as I'm downloading some books. It still
plays real nice with BARD express.

I'm sorry I can't say which build of Windows 10 this applies to, as it may
happen in earlier builds. I'm using insider builds, because I'm playing
with the Windows Subsystem for Linux also, and installation of this system
is a breeze using the insider builds. But, that's neither here nor there.

Cheers.
