i presume you're talking about doing some analysis of planet.osm and producing a list of all tags that are used but don't occur in the map features page. i think this has been talked about before, and it's a good idea, once you get past the noise form spelling mistakes, foreign words, gibberish, etc. tagwatch might be a good place to start with this > The other thing I don't really understand are the pages for > Tag:<key>=<value>.
