Yes, anything that is flat and folded (size of a DIN B4 envelope) can be sent as "letter" (a super A0 poster has to be folded three times in each axis), while anything in a box or roll needs to be a "packet". The "fortune" is 17 EUR for EU destinations and 30 EUR for non-EU European destinations. (The price does increase with weight but posters are in the lowest bracket.)
