No.  But you are welcome to add it to any of the rendering engines.

I believe we are lacking a whole class of tags for vague information.  I
often find that I want/need to tag something but don't know enough about it
to describe it in detail.  highway=road is a good example of this.

Here's some that I think are/could be useful:
building=yes (rendered)
landuse=grass (rendered)
natural=water (rendered)
highway=road (not-rendered)

It would be particularly useful if Yahoo tracers were to use highway=road as
I'm sure they can rarely tell what kind of road it is from 30,000ft.
