More progress made on this, and it's now in a working state. I checked changes into SVN lastnight and included some rough styles in the level 17 (only) features file.
By default rendering is turned off, enable it by setting 'showRelationRoutes="yes"' at the top of the features file. As every loves screen captures, here's one: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Image:Osmarender_with_relationroutes.png Know problems: 1) All nodes within a RelationRoute are rendered as 'stops'. Don't know how to match partial string (ie. 'stop_*') to mask out any non-stops in XSLT. With some work the features file can probably be cleaned up enough to enable RelationRoutes by default.
