Hi Shamit, you can import your GPX files into josm and display the Yahoo map underneath with the Yahoo WMS plug-in. The only problem with this approach: The plug-in works only with firefox 2.
I just compared the Yahoo images of Mumbai with a view GPS traces of mine.
