I've started working on a GIS Data Model for OSMHQ. As part of this work I have defined a list of thematic layers, a set of standard tags for each OSMHQ feature, and a list of feature types in the first thematic layer, the Vehicle Road Network. If you are interested in OSMHQ, or improving the quality of OSM trough recommended tag sets and mapping procedures please respond with your ideas for improving what I've done so far.
