Yeah but the default maxspeed becomes the one of the zone. So the road would then need a specific restriction, or the zone would need to be split. The following evaluation hierarchy could be used:
1. Use the default restrictions for that type of road.
2. Is a road in a restriction zone? Use those restrictions instead of in 1. 3. Does the road have a specific restriction on it? USe that instead of 1. and/or 2.
