Though it might have the side effect off causing changes in the app that KMLManager uploads not that visible in future, I wrote a longish mail to the author of that program. I tried to detail why it's no good idea to upload converted waypoints with just a note tag, why it's bad to upload raw GPS traces as ways. Granted he's not really liable for what users do with that app, but he shouldn't make it to easy to produce crap. And he's at least responsible for how misbehaved KMLManager is on uploading. This for the records so you know he has been contacted and he won't get a dozend mails. I'll let you know of any answer.
