I absolutely am not going to get involved in evaluating the claims of individual mappers. Both because it would be an inappropriate conflict of interest and because I don't have the time. If the community wants to appoint somebody to do that then that's fine and I will be happy to act on that person's decision. I would not personally vote for such a system however.
