It's obviously nonsense - a way extending right across the globe! But it looks like scribbling, the kind of thing people do in Potlatch not realising they are editing the live map.
Despite the prompts at the beginning people STILL don't realise they are doing this. This is the second time this week I've seen his happen. Richard - why do we still need this mode now you can save in Potlatch and groups of changes fit much better with changesets anyway?
