For ways, in Potlatch, just press B (short for "Background tag") and it'll add the source tag corresponding to the currently selected background; source=Yahoo, source=NPE, etc. > However I'm happy to add ti to the changeset where it belongs. IIRC one of the reasons changesets can have arbitrary tags is that, at the time, I said "it'd be good to use this for source tagging...". But actually I've changed my mind a bit - because very often you use more than one source in a changeset. In one given session I'll typically do, say, 65% from GPS, 30% from NPE and 5% from local knowledge. cheers Richard -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/source%3D%28survey%2C-yahoo%2C-gps...%29-tp25343495p25359644.html Sent from the OpenStreetMap - General mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ talk mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk
