Point taken. In hindsight we have been slow at this. Our general strategy has been to engage with legal-talk and all these deeply interested in actually formulating the license and supporting procedures, then broaden to all OSMF members as a reality check and feedback on how tidy and clear we are being before going to the general community without lots of ifs and buts.
