You're right, it's kinda interesting.

Actually, like says this page :

the guys recorded their tracks going through the desert. But the intersting
part here, are comments. Cause he described all along the track the type of
track ("piste", ...) and marked some as POI ( Water, point of view etc...)

I think POI are useful, but tracks in the middle of the desert, does-it make
sense ?  I mean, there's not really an officialy track in there.
