Hi, Maybe a read in osmtools? I also just discovered that page. It even provides instructions on what one can install on one's system to make the software run. "libwww-perl". Does one maybe need a configured webserver for it to run? From what I read on wikipedia of [[Library_for_WWW_in_Perl]] maybe one isn't required.
