Also it doesn't cover a new thought I had on the subject, being able to assign unique IDs in the field without needing to connect to the main OSM DB to get a new ID, this might be useful in emergency situations where you need to tag a lot of things in tandem with a group in very short order and being able to easily share and modify that information with only LAN connectivity. _______________________________________________ talk mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk
