Yeah, that's as I recall it. "and any party that receives Your Contents" was removed, and "DbCL 1.0 for the individual contents of the database". Both of which are huge changes. Well, one of which is a huge change, and the other of which was a huge question which was left up in the air. (And both of which I recall asking about at the time of the vote.)
