No, there is a distinct lack of contributors outside cities, and
considering ~80% of the population lives in cities the rest of the
country is hit and miss depending on tourists and a lot of the time.
Although a major contributor in rural/regional areas has a job
monitoring phone network(s) and travels some 10s of 1000s of km per
year, but that's only one person, and that probably doesn't include
most of the minor rural roads.
