It seems it is only ambivalent to the four or so people who make the tagging mailing list unreadable. I haven't seen them actually use the tag. The seventy people who used the tag did not have a problem with understanding what they did. bridge=culvert is nonsense: A culvert is not a bridge. ford=culvert is even more insane. There is either a ford or a culvert.
