(from ceyockey): Matthias -- There is Category:Promotion in the Wiki which contains a variety of pages related to OSM promotion, including events. Were you referring to some summary page for all promotional activities (I don't think such a page exists), or simply a place where promotion activities / events can be collected (the latter is satisfied by the Category:Promotion).
