When someone searches for "Biittig Road, Averill Park, NY", just look
for a Biittig Road *near* Averill Park, NY, not necessarily one *in*
Averill Park, NY.
that's a change to Nominatim. what i'm trying to get at here are what
things might need to be done in the core database, and what things
might be needed changes to Nominatim. i'd really hope to hear from
folks working on Nominatim on what they think on these issues as
well.
