IMHO this is already the case. The import of 3dshapes in the Netherlands, useful as it is, does cause a lot of clutter if you only want to edit roads. In the same way airspace information will clutter the editor and will be annoying if you're not editing that. If on top of that, airspace information is not something you want in the map (because it apparently is not useful for people using such data), then it causes harm.
