I have noticed some recent changes have not been rendered. Usually they're pretty quick.
Thanks to the openness of the project I can see that something happened around midnight (I am assuming UTC): <http://munin.openstreetmap.org/openstreetmap/yevaud.openstreetmap/index.html#renderd> I am sure Top Men are looking at it, but I am curious about the cause, and whether there is a process to tell someone.
