I keep marking a tile dirty
(http://b.tile.openstreetmap.org/18/130979/87186.png/dirty) but the
status (http://b.tile.openstreetmap.org/18/130979/87186.png/status)
still says:
'Tile is clean. Last rendered at Thu Dec 15 01:35:50 2011'.
