I have been trying to process pbf files without luck in osmosis. When i run: osmosis --read-pbf india.osm.pbf --write-xml india.osm osmosis quits with: SEVERE: Execution aborted. org.openstreetmap.osmosis.core.OsmosisRuntimeException: Task type read-pbf doesn't exist.
I installed osmosis 0.39 using 'apt-get intall osmosis' I used to get the same error when i used osmosis from http://bretth.dev.openstreetmap.org/osmosis-build/osmosis-latest.zip a month ago How do i get pbf to work? i dont see any help in the wiki either. cheers -- j.mp/ArunGanesh <http://j.mp/ArunGanesh>
