Thanks Frederik. I'm assuming that because these extracts are derived from the first ODbL planet which started generating just after license switchover, to then update extracts using Osmosis and minutely updates we should set baseUrl=http://planet.openstreetmap.org/replication/minute/ in configuration.txt and then replace the contents of state.txt with the contents of http://planet.openstreetmap.org/replication/minute/000/000/001.state .txt It seems to be working here, but I wondered if I'd set it too far back and could start at a more recent state file?
