Do you say that the rigth to use data in OSM can be revoked
retroactively ???
I hope not !
All that has being imported based at a time where we have the rigth to
do this, conserve the rigth.
If the French Cadastre Authority changes its mind and revokes any right
to use its data in OSM,
We stop mapping based on this source, but we don't have to delete the
job doing in the past.
