Hi, Regardless of what comes out from my previous email about the 2nd mandatory account, I think Richard proposition (yes, I really like it !) is something we should start using.
Taking into account the rather badly named tagged richard exposed (I'm kidding ! But I do take into account answered remarks) here is my proposition : http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/changeset_tags Feel free to comment, or add other tags. Beeing exhautive is good in order to avoid duplicate way of tagging the same thing ps: I could have posted it to tagging, but it's unusual as it isn't about tagging objects but changesets.
