The formula to celebrate this event should be an hackathon In Italy somebody want use the event also to invite the public administration in some organizational process to release new data. If I think in this direction togheter the opportunity of an hackathon, i suppose that a good idea can be invite some publica administration to open geo data with a symbolic donation of these to the openstreetmap community.
