Hi Pavol, probably to part of prevent this issue you could allow your users to add their non-brick-and-mortar businesses to a separate database you manage. You could list them in the search, but not show them on the map. Probably it's possible to work out a solution where these businesses could define their operation area (e.g. by defining the city, country or setting it to global).
I guess e-businesses have a legitime interest in being found on a "bitcoin accepting businesses directory", but not necessarily on being shown on a bitcoin map.
