This is going to a sticking point much of the time. Certainly if the colours change form the current set, then I think we will be looking to provide a 'UK' rendering even if that means only covering the UK area. There is not a 'single' answer that will ever cover the whole planet, and keeping the 5 colours in the UK is important.
