Perhaps he actually meant to create a new mailing list for discussing
the idea of creating a new mailing list for (un)mapping abandoned
railways… You can never be too sure…
These months, @talk-fr seems calms compared to @talk…

I do not think that we need a dedicated mailing list just for abandoned
railway lines. There are already two mailing list in this field and you
can choose where you want to discuss something.
