Go to page 429. That shows that the first ~22,000 wikidata values have
2+ occurrences. There are hundreds with 10+ values the number of actual
duplicates is much higher than 22,000 (OSM) objects.
The most common wikidata value in OSM is "Q2961670", of which there are
428 OSM objects with wikidata=Q2961670. Wikidata says it's a road in
germany[1], but in OSM it appears to be many roads in northern France
and Belgium[2]. Something's wrong there, no?
