A peak, yes. But where the entire hill is made from the tailings of an open cut mine (very large - both the hill and the mine) I don't think it can be said to be 'natural'. It is man made. And this particular peak is prominent in the surrounding landscape, it is used as a tourist view point for the district.

    As with other entities, any further details which gives clarity
    should be provided in sub-tags.



as always, all tags should make sense, subtags are for further details, not to adjust/relativise the meaning of the main tag.
